Check out time is 10:00am additional charges will apply after this time. Should you wish to extend your stay, please call 07 5408 4417 and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

KEY RETURN is located on Level 2

Keys should be deposited into the chute located in the key safe.  This is the same safe where you collected your keys on arrival.

Bli Bli Suites offers free access to high-speed Wi-Fi internet.  Please connect to, Bli Bli Guest Wi-Fi

A browser window will automatically open for you and ask for,

If keys are lost, please contact assistance, so key replacements can be arranged. A replacement charge will apply.

CAR PARKING

One undercover car park is provided per room at no additional cost.

Car parking is located on level 2 and access via the boom gate.

MAINTENANCE

We do endeavour to ensure that all of our apartments are fully maintained. In the event of a maintenance issue occurring in your apartment, please contact assistance immediately. 07 5408 4417.

 

SMOKING

Bli Bli suites is a smoke-free environment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the 5th floor; this includes room balconies.

Charges of $200 will be applied to your account for smoking.

Please exit the building and smoke outside.

 

EMERGENCIES

Please dial 000 for all FIRE, MEDICAL or SAFTEY emergencies.

 

NO PARTY POLICY

No Parties on the Premises

Bli Bli suites has zero tolerance policy on parties being held in the rooms or within the property grounds.

A party is defined as:

•        Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per apartment is exceeded.

•        Any situation where the noise level from the apartment is deemed too high, thereby disturbing other hotel guests and/or the apartment residents.

•        Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from the apartment is identified.

•        Any situation where it is identified that excessive alcohol and intoxication is present.

Eviction of the occupants will be enforced, and no refunds issued.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

Daily housekeeping service is not included of any rate or stay at Bli Bli Suites. Should you wish to engage this service please contact assistance to organize.  Additional cleaning services will incur a fee.

 

MAIN POWER SWITCH

The main power switch has been labelled and is located on the wall beside the bed.  This switch will shut all lights off and will need to be switched back on for the other light switches to work.

 

HAIR DRYER

You will find a hair dryer in the bathroom drawer.

 

IRON / IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are in the wardrobe. Please refrain from using your iron on the carpeted areas, as carpet burns will result in a replacement charge to repair the damage.

Please ensure the iron is not left on.

 

KITCHENETTE

All apartments have tea and coffee making facilities. Glassware, crockery, and cutlery are also supplied for your convenience.

Note: water and wash up is only available in the room bathrooms.

 

RUBBISH

Rubbish Bins are provided in the apartment. To dispose of your rubbish communal rubbish bins are located on the floor at the end of the hallway.  (Red Wheelie Bin)

 

WATER

Tap water is safe for drinking. We ask that guests be water wise and help to always conserve water. Please report any leaking taps.

 

COTS & ROLLAWAY BEDS

These items are available to hire for an additional charge. Please contact assistance.

 

BLANKETS

Additional blankets can be found in your robe should you require.

 

LAUNDRY

There are no laundry services onsite.

Media Device Instructions

For your enjoyment the apartment is equipped with:

•        Smart TV

•        Streaming Apps – Your own account is required.

•        Ducted air conditioning

 

Smart TV instructions

NOTE: The TV is already connected to the internet and you are not required to reconnect.

Accessing channels Using the CH+/- buttons: in TV mode, press the CH+/- buttons on the remote control to scroll through the channels.

Using the OK button: in TV mode, press the OK button on the remote control to display the channel list and press ▲/▼/◄/► and OK to select channels.

Watching connected devices Press on the remote control to display the source list. Press ▲/▼ to select TV or other input sources and press OK to confirm.

Adjusting volume Press the Vol+/- buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the volume.

Using the power button on your TV

In addition to using the remote control to control your TV, you can also use the button on your TV.

You can turn on the TV from standby mode by pressing the power button on your TV.

Select the home button on the remote to access the TV applications. These have been installed already for your convenience.

 

Streaming App instructions

Getting started and signing into Netflix.

Once you've opened the Netflix app, select Sign In to access your account and begin watching TV shows and movies. If you experience any issues, review the troubleshooting steps at https://help.netflix.com/

SELECT SIGN IN FROM WEB to use your mobile to easily sign in.

Once you've opened the Stan app, select Sign In to access your account and begin watching TV shows and movies. If you experience any issues, review the troubleshooting steps at https://help.stan.com.au/

Select Log in - start watching! and login by heading to stan.com.au/activate and entering the 4-digit code that appears on your display. If you wish to login with your Stan email address and password, please click Log in now.

Now go ahead and enjoy unlimited access to thousands of hours of awesome movies and TV shows on your Android TV device.
